Kaplan Construction Engineering was founded in 1995 by initiative of civil engineer Necdet Kaplan who has completed many projects successfully since 1982 inside and outside Turkey such as but not limited to water project in Jeddah, Kuwait University project, being a building contractor of Koksallar Business Center, and also by carrying his profession at every steps of housing, administrative industry buildings and infrastructure constructions as Gebze Organized Industrial Zone.

Since its foundation, Kaplan Construction Engineering has considered “construction safety” and “quality” as its main and indispensable principles. Within the framework of this indispensable principle and in accordance with the expectations of customers, Kaplan Construction Engineering accomplishes many house, business center and substructure projects from land supply to construction of turnkey buildings especially industrial and administrative constitutions.

Being a classic concrete, steel and prefabricated construction, it has a wide experience with its professional and distinguished team and equipment in administrative, industrial and housing construction and also interior design.

Thanks to its reliability, Kaplan Construction Engineering is being preferred by its loyal customers in many different projects.

Moreover since 2002, Kaplan Construction Engineering has begun its operations in fields of supply and export of construction materials. In these fields, it has developed many projects especially in North Africa and Middle East Countries.

Kaplan Construction Engineering also specializes in Organized Industrial Zones. We have provided and continue to provide Engineering and Consultancy services in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, İstanbul Tuzla Organised Industrial Zone and Kocaeli Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone.

Kaplan Contruction Engineering also operates in the production and construction of Cold Formed Steel Frame structures. Provides Undertaking and Construction Services for cold formed Steel Frame housing.
